• Within India: 5–10 business days
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on location

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email/message
• Tracking details and courier information

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Subi Trends will not be responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect addresses
• Orders delivered to wrongly entered addresses

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

• Record an unboxing video immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

Claims without proof may not be accepted.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Subi Trends may or may not offer international shipping. Availability depends on location and shipping partner support.

Additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
