Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Subi Trends. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order details and issue description
  3. Provide clear photos/videos of the product if damaged or incorrect

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Successful quality inspection of the returned item

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share an unboxing video and product images for verification

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
